Returns & Replacements

Products are non-returnable, but replacements may be provided upon verification of the issue.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery via email at info@clearpani.com with clear images.

Defective water bottles must be reported on the day of delivery for a replacement.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

Prepaid order refunds will be processed to the original payment mode within 7 working days.
